<OT>Mardy, RE India People seem to ignore India. Considering they are the second most heavily populated country in the world, it is surprising. There were auctions for various telecom ops last or the year before last. Revolved around WLL and cellular (mobile). Very, very busy at the moment, but when I have the time maybe I can get some links or info. Don't want to promise, as I did with DWDM (which I did not get that much info, but for what i did get I must say thanks to an editor friend of mine).
