the Nasdaq 100 and the Over the Counter Composite closed at new all time highs with the Nasdaq 100 up over 3% for the day and the Over the Counter Composite up 2 ½% for the day. Here is the shocker, there were 2,027 up stocks on the Nasdaq and 2,170 down stocks. That's right. On the day when the index moved up dramatically and closed at a new all time high, the breadth was negative. It is an amazing statistic.
