After posting my first prediction, that the drop would start on the first trading day of the next year, Jan 4th, 1999, I see I was not the first to make this prediction.

So here is my second prediction: There will be weakness during the first week of trading in 1999, and great volitility. However, the 40% drop will not begin until the SECOND week of 1999. These stocks have been so strong, that it will take a week of weakness for the truth to settle in. So, my second guess is that the net stocks named will begin their drop of 40% with trading beginning January 10th. The reason is people taking their capital gains in 1999, delayed for a week for the stockholders to become convinced that there is no more profit to be made by holding further into 1999, and likely just a lot more loss.
