Skeeter,

I don't thnk so.

First MU was not in spot b/c OEM's were buying up all of MU's stock. As MU's yields go up then it has excess to sell to spot...which btw has not dropped much. Chips still selling for $9-10.

Second as long as prices are stable while MU improves their yield and increases production MU will clean up with nice profit.

When you see significant drop in SDRAM like a dollar or more than look for the downtrend. No indication yet so $200 here we come.<g>

Sold some MUPI puts for quick profit at 4 1/8. Don't hold on to those suckers too long you might burn your fingers.:-)

Good Luck Trading

DavidG

Skeeter, I still stand by my earlier estimate that excluding TI they made money this quarter. Even with TI they should be near the high end of estimates. Higher prices than the prior quarter combined with lower costs make for big improvements in the bottom line.
