Dividend Play? AMCT, a REIT associated with AMMB, has declared a $.40 quarterly dividend payable 1/27 to shareholders of record on 12/31. That's a hefty dividend on a $9.50 stock. So, my question is: is there such a thing as a dividend play? Would you expect the stock to rise in anticipation of the dividend payout date (12/31), then fall afterwords? Jenna take a look at CTII news out Today, received patent for regenerating Central Nervous System damaged by disease or injury. Trading at 1 7/16 book value is 1.37 float is 12.3 million. I think this is a prime takeover due to acquiring many patents lately and news Today. Volume up last two days. Happy Holidays.
