What a Holiday gift this sell-off was.

Somebody panicked. I can't see anything terrible in the filings. Contract negotiations can be closed, pending final qualification of the production line and production volume sampling. So what. This seems typical to me.

Still long. Think Herbert Blair's recent posts regarding institutional holders getting earlier access to Edgar filings as well as his recent discussion with IR is pretty much right on.

Also think vast majority of selling was internet-related individual investors who have been spooked by the S-3 disclosure as well as the technical breakdown of the stock. Also I know that much of the selling late last week and yesterday was our old friend Cal Reed, who had around 175,000 very low cost options which had to be exercised prior to year end. Most, if not all, of those are gone now and the overhang is substantially removed.

If you can't stand the risk, ol' Darkgreen is right - wait until you hear an announcement, or the technicals improve. I personally expect to add to my position over the next several days.
