tonto,

Sorry to dispute your numbers, but Media Metrix recently merged with Relevant Knowledge and they changed how they compile their numbers. Comparisons with past data aren't valid. Check out TheStreet.com for the full story, but here's an excerpt:

Media Metrix today issued its first list of the Web's most-visited sites since the company's merger with Relevant Knowledge in October. To combine the data of both, Media Metrix used a new method of crunching the numbers that skews comparisons with previous months.

Not a huge problem, but the press release announcing the November traffic figures failed to mention that it was incompatible with previous reports. "We thought people would just understand that [this report] was not trendable to older data," says Media Metrix spokeswoman Michelle Beilsmith. "We assumed falsely that people would understand."

Just goes to show, you can do whatever you want with the numbers to look favorable in your position. Also, what kind of numbers do you think the combined Dis/Seek/Starwave web properties are going to report in January??? It could be HUGE if they want them to be...

Happy SEEKing all. Now, if only DIS would come out say that they have no intention of exercising those warrants <VBG>.

This may have been said already, but this was the past. It's Disney time now and things will certainly pick up!

SEEK seems to fall behind fast. The initial evaluation of Go.COM is negative. It may pull back to the 30's again in the next couple of weeks.
