This is how I see it, from a share holders point of view: 1. Warrants--Investors are relieved, but still think it took too long. 2. Preferred--Investors are happy that the company is starting to lower their break even point. CVIA increases attention. 3. Spin-off #1--Investors are very happy!! Investors still hoping that the distribution goes smoother than the W's and P's. Adds a great deal of value to the companies ability to follow through. We start to get more attention and buying pressure. 4. Spin-off #2--Hope that it goes as good as the first spin off. Very high buying pressure because people realize this company has a great business model. 5. Spin-offs #3 and up--Icing on the cake!! Investors sit back and thank KAA for a job well done!!! Just my opinion on how CVIA's credibility is going to increase with every stage it goes through.. Jamer
