You're right about talk being cheap when protected by the rights we enjoy in the U.S.... It's much harder for people living under a dictatorship with all its Secret Police scrutiny to organize a resistance or speak freely... Yet, whether you agree with their politics or not, the Iranians rose up and ousted the Shah... In the Phillipines the people did the same thing... In Romania, after a lot of bloodshed, the people ousted their villanous dictator...

The U.S. can support insurrection, but the people have to have the will to make the change...
