What it seems like to me is that what was worth .20 now is going to be worth .02. Zulu share holders get reamed again!!!

Yup, that is what it says: they are going to do a 1:10 reverse, and then exchange with ESVS 1:1. (But is it clear which way the final exchange will go?)

They're doing this for the sake of the poor, confused shareholders.

Never mind that they are confusing them more in the process.
