"As a result of the reverse stock split, when the previously announced Enhanced Services (OTC: ESVS - news) and Zulu-tek transaction is completed, each share of Enhanced Services stock will be exchanged for one share of Zulu-tek stock "

Parse that carefully (guess we need the lawyers for this one! :) ) and tell me what it says.

I see where you're heading - is ZULU now the final stock instead of ESVS? That would solve NASDAQ's concern that this was a reverse merger. On the downside, instead of ESVS having to get approval to issue more than their 20MM, it would mean 80MM ZULU shares in the pot to be issued (which is why Sirk's tune changed so quickly).

You are right Jon when you suggest this adds confusion - they may be shifting directions.

The standard thinking is that reverses are generally bad, but who knows. The larger concern to me would be where the 35MM for today's announcement comes from. The company had no cash sitting around. If they received major funding, you'd expect they would have announced it.

Well, Jon, that seems to indicate that ESVS will be merging into ZULU, rather than the other way around. Another possible hint is the fact this release was listed under ZULU news, something we've not been seeing much of lately. But does all of this really matter? What's important is that they get the right components into one organization and then take it on from there.

I guess it goes like this:

One day ZULU stopped over at ESVS' house. When ZULU got there, ESVS said, "Hey, ZULU, I got a rich friend and I just know he'll give us a lotta dough!" Together, they went over to ESVS' buddy's house where they were promptly handed a few million in play money. Next, with smiles on their faces, they wandered over to where brandsforless.com (BFL) lived, and asked BFL to come out and play and join the fun.

BFL balked, at first, thinking: "Do I really wanna play with these particular neighborhood kids after all the dirty things I've been hearing about 'em? And Aunt Aleta never really had anything good to say about 'em an neither did Uncle Jonny "Neg" Tara."

There was a long pause.

ZULU then said, "Well?" And ESVS excitedly began jumping up and down, waving all this money in the air. ZULU then described all the great things they each could do with all that cash and reminded BFL of all the high-tech toys to play with.

It didn't take long after that.

BFL chipped in, "Right on, guys! Count me in." Now, three strong, they wandered off into the neighborhood, looking for ZULU and ESVS' buddies PowerX, TopRank and CountySeat. As they walked along, each smiled confidently knowing that they had the makings of a way cool gang.

So now you know the story of: New Kids on The Block! And together these Zulu Musketeers--one for all, all for one--went off to solve the mystery of the Nasdaq Haunted House!
