I disagree. This probably isn't the best forum for such a discussion, but one can also value stocks based upon what the underlying business would be worth to someone taking it private. The "discounted stream of future dividend payments" method is just one technique.

Those smart people don't want to miss all those 'NEXT MSFT' this time.

What puzzles me is, how difficult it is for the 'traditional' store
to setup 'ONLINE-store', which have all other logistics/inventory
management setup in place.

Come to think of it, the beneficiary could be the 'transportation
guys', like FedEx, Ups...
