Cold, cold Christmas
MSNBC STAFF AND WIRE REPORTS Dec. 22 — A bitter cold front moving east was expected to cover nearly the entire United States by late Tuesday, and has already brought much-sought snow to ski areas but also ice and treacherous conditions to other parts — causing at least 29 traffic-related deaths. The cold front is likely to slow holiday travelers flying, driving or taking the train to their destinations.
