Fore has given a series of double top buy signals (P&F) and has a nice series of higher highs and higher lows. Looking at its chart though, it might pull back a little before moving to the next level.

oops, forgot to add that the relative strength is negative at this point and this would indicate that some caution should be used. This is based on pure TA, no FA.
