Either we don't understand the MALL/UBID relationship or the rest of the world doesn't, but this price on MALL makes no sense at all...

The ratio is actually about 0.7 UBID shares for each MALL share. Reason is that UBID and MALL have a different number of shares outstanding. Still, run the numbers using 0.7 and factor in that MALL should be profitable without the expense of UBID on its balance sheet.
