Yikes is right! UBID at 131 RTQ. I'm back in the money after being down approximately 50% a few days ago, and I would probably take my 10% profit and go home happy EXCEPT for the folowing: 131 x .7 = 91.7. Even of UBID comes back down to 100 or so, the spin-off makes MALL look like it may be worth 70 plus its own remaining book value, AT LEAST! Sooooo... I really don't want to part with my shares for less than 60 or so, if I can help it. My timing sucks, so as soon as I sell the price will rise--you can bank on it.
Of course there is always the distinct possibility that MALL will drop back down while I'm holding it and I will have lost the chance to make money on it twice (three times if you count the fact that it rose a few points after I bought it, before dropping to the low 20's). Decisions, decisions!
