Does everyone realize that MALL only has 4 million float and 10 outstanding and UBID has 1.5 million float and 9 million outstanding, and that MALL market cap is 470 million vs net sales of over $600 million. Why doesn't somebody buy this company. They could do a secondary on UBID and cover most of the cost of the buyout of MALL. That's just one of many ways they could pay for the purchase of MALL.
