Does Anyone Know what AMEX delisting rules are? I am surprised that MSN has never been delisted.

HI ROBERT
Here is how I feel about the whole situation. When the press
release came out that said Oaktree purchased controlling
interest of Emerson,I had my doubts and made a post to that
effect. As it turned out, Jurick did not agree to anything,so what I
believe happened was that the creditors were willing to accept
whatever Oaktree offered and that press release was directed at
the creditors and not Emerson. They must have decided that
something is better than nothing and were ready to accept the
amount that was being offered. The situation has changed somewhat
and I believe now they are willing to wait a while longer for the yeast
to make the dough rise so that their portion of the bread will be
larger.
As for the Judge, the current happenings have taken a bird out of
his butt for now,and he can watch over the chain of events that will
follow and he will have more time to think about the decision he has
to make.
