Evercel has filed a giant 440 kilobyte prospectus with the SEC on December 15th. THIS IS MUST READING FOR ECD BATTERY GURUS. It is available on FreeEdgar and presumably the SEC Edgar server under "Evercel", not for some reason under ERC the parent from which it is being spun off. This is apparently a 1999 event.

I say it is a must because it is filled with Risks and their analysis of battery costs. how they can get away with estimating NiMh costs at $1,500 to $3,000 and quoting a 1995 source, I shall never know. May i meet their SEC attorneys some day.

Still, this is a great template for Ovonic. We must all watch the post spin off trading with interest. ECD needn't spin all of Ovonic to shed some light on its value-- a partial IPO/spinoff might raise the money for it to accelerate its own development. There is a peppy implicit value on revenue-shy Evercel. Don't ask me for exact numbers as yet, I am busily downloading and reading.....

Don:

Unless I am mistaken, this very important press release does not appear any place on the ECD web page. Where did you find it?
