I think DMW is FAR FAR oversold and bought in quite strongly today. I've been watching the trades go through very closely since the beginning of December, and it's pretty clear that tax loss selling is creating a great opportunity. On top of the tax loss selling that is creating a great buying opportunity, consider the following that will give this stock a huge jump up. 1) This is NOT some wannabee exploration penny. This company has REAL mines with REAL diamonds. 2) Steps are currently underway to make the Yetwene mine "secure". These security arrangements have now been confirmed as being "near completion". 3) Walsham says that he plans to resume mining by the end of January. "Expectations" that this will happen will cause the shareprice to rise. Confirmation that this will happen will make the shareprice jump dramatically. 4) Walsham notes that financing to restart operations is not yet secured but negotions are ongoing. I personally don't think this is going to be a concern. These mines are very viable and there is already too much BIG money in them to let a glitch like recommencement financing get in the way. In the big scheme of things this is not going to be a major hurdle at all, and the announcement that financing is in place will also cause the stock to jump. 5) The overall Angola situation? Not pretty....but then it never was. With the enhanced security arrangements, mining should restart. I feel so sorry for the missing people and their families. At the very least, I'm sure DMW will take all necessary precautions to ensure that this will never happen again. 6) Tax loss selling. As I mentioned before, tax loss selling has been happening throughout the month of December by the looks of it. With only a couple of days left, I believe that DMW is at its lows and is very very oversold. Ask yourself this. Can you name any other producing mines of the type that DMW has that are trading at these levels? I can't. Yes, the political situation must be considered, but at these levels, the upside potential if FAR FAR greater compared to the downside risk. All the best everyone! Kevin
