Geno -- That's one way of looking at it.

Another way, if you buy the long's view of their business plan prospects, is to see it as an opportunity to load up at bargin prices without having the price chaos of an IPO @ $18 which is pushed to $45 before the little guy can touch it. The VC level crowd is able to fund the development with major, upfront cash for which they are amply rewarded with .20 cent stock to sell to little guys at a buck. The little guy has a chance to buy all they want at a buck in hopes of seeing V3 and significant news move the price further north.

The question I have is if the company needed to sell shares at .20 cents for capital, why wern't us Share holders offered the opportunity to purchase these???and how many of these did I buy at above $1??? It doesn't matter anyway because I sold them at .96 today, Holding 1/3 of original position..not buying more until something positive happens from PNL to the shareholders...Other than that goodluck to all.
