Here are to simplified posts regarding the warrants

The warrants are restricted... they are not for public trade, they are only for the use of the shareholders on the 6/1/98 date of record. These "restricted" warrants will be replaced with, free trading common shares, if the bearer of these warrants choose to excesise these warrants under the terms they are issued.

If you had CVIA common stock on 9/1/98 you will be receiving Preferred shares also, these too are restricted (temporarily) the SB-2 filing has been made, we are waiting on the SEC approval and once we have that approval, then the preferred become free trading.
