>He said, I know who they are...but I can't tell you!
>This means there is an underwriter set up already!!!

I hope your assessment is right.

I could be wrong, but I have always worked under the assumption that this kind of information is not secret once the underwriter is 100%. The time of the IPO is one thing, something they and the underwriter would keep secret.

Maybe people with more experience in pre-IPO matters will be able to read his reply differently.

Good Thinking!

I have been trying to get it cheap, but my order today did not get filled even though the stock touched my target for a few minutes.

I will try again tomorrow.

Take Care and wear underware (i just like the sound of that).

How long ago did Paulsen show up at CNBC? He said IPO within 60 days. Today you are informed that IPO is 60 days away. Reminds me of a guy who promises to pay his debt on Tuesday. When next Tuesday comes, and is reminded of his promise, the guy answers: "I said Tuesday, I did not say THIS Tuesday". I bet if you call again 3 weeks from now, you'll get the same answer: IPO in 60 days. I hope you the the patience of a monk.
