and how is it you perceive my request for solid information, especially about my account at York, as "refusing to be helped?" You seem to be espousing an improbably position of the highest order... touting shorts that approximately 12+million USA citizens w/US residency and US brokerage accounts who trade on line... can't even play! and when asked how DLJ and Pershing, and York can't short for us... claim that we aren't trying hard enough... So, one is left with playing shorts, like I do currently on marginable stocks, enjoying the sweet, quick money, and I come here, watching you "rake it in" and yet you are telling only part of the story... to those who have offshore accounts... that others have to "explain" (which I appreciate) but still, So, how about it... I'm calling you out, Anthony... a person whose thread seems to stand for something. Looks like you & Pluvia, etc. are afraid of direct questions And why does one have to have "non-disclosure agreements" with offshore brokerage accounts if what they are doing is legal, especially for ALL of us USA citizens???? These questions too tough for you? I'm NOT asking what offshore brokerage house YOU use, name just one of the myriad of them that must be out there... there seems to be at least you, pluvia, Kimberly somebody, and the other nice gent who just directed me to Kimberly's earlier reply... who have them... (I don't count Petey, because he's using DLJ, and last I heard, that was a USA company operating on USA soil, with USA citizens as clients) So, how about it, Anthony...gonna play in the full light? Remember, don't tell me YOUR offshore brokerage... just name one, legit one I can find, with a name and location. How about it? Just one? Surely there is more than one, right? O/49r
