If it was "day traders" selling then they would have previously bought it higher - in other words, they were definitely not taking any "profits".

I don't know if you have noticed, but there are a lot of unhappy shareholders on the Yahoo!Finance message board for Tracer. I take this as a positive sign, since individual investors tend to be the most disgruntled just as a stock reaches bottom (and this is when they sell).
