One of the most lucrative short term trades that I think there is this time of year is bottom fishing some of the stocks that are clearly being hit by tax loss selling. These stocks, already beaten down over the year get hit OVERLY hard at this time as people "clear house" to create a loss against their gains. Pick the right one and you can get a VERY good bounce after the 24th of Dec (last day for tax loss selling this year) and into the early part of January.

With this in mind, today I bought into DMW.T I don't normally play these "pennies", but I've been following the trading patterns since the beginning of the month and it looks pretty clear to me that it is in a far far oversold condition.

Go over to the Diamondworks thread if you want a further explanation of my thoughts on this one. There's lots of other ones out there too that are good tax loss BUYS!!

Timing counts! :)

Best of the season everyone!!
