If you guys really feel that IDTI is mis-managed (by the gangs of Len. C. Perham), you are free to express your unhappiness to Board of Directors. Your letter will certainly put pressure on the Board, which may in turn fire Perham. In addition, Len Perham will face re-election in August 1999. If you are going to hold IDTI for that long, you can withold your votes or cast your vote to different person. In any case, here is the mailing address to the Board of Directors D.
