I can not answer your question about the confidence level. However , my prediction is based on the previous price model and the market environment, the new product release cycle, ....etc. Well, if you think Microsoft's PE will be 40 in two years, you better not jump into the leaps. All in all, it is your own money, and you do not need to follow my advise. In the beginning of 1997, someone like you probably will also predict a PE of 30 for Microsoft at the end of 1998 under the DOJ threat on Microsoft, but who knows what happen. Microsoft double again. Well, it is your money , and you make your own decision, and I do not care if you agree with me or not.
