Looks like HWP is going with COMS for their "network cards" instead of Intel..this can't be a very big deal to Intel ,can it??? Anyway news came out about 3PM and Intel dropped a bit, don't feel it is a big dealio...M

Joey, another bullish article that would neutralize that cheap PC article. Bloomberg seems to have it "copy protected."

There was another article that came out today or very recently about how cheap PCs were NOT affecting Intel's ASPs. Said the lower costs were coming more from disk drives and DRAM (I think DRAM) than from processors. Went on about PII prices and Xeon holding up ASPs for Intel.

So, the article about the 800 dollar PC and inevitable demise of Intel and rise to superstardom for AMD might just do a favor and produce a buying op for Intel stock.
