Bruce:

Sorry for the late response.. I also called John and got his answering machine, and when he tried to call me back I was away. Oh well. Anyway thanks for responding for my request for someone to call BCMD. Those were exactly the questions that I was going to ask for.

1. Why did Nasdaq delist BCMD
ANS: NASDAQ seemed willing to wait for the reverse split when the share holders meeting was scheduled for late December. Once the meeting was postponed until Late January, they went ahead with the delisting. Perhaps they thought BCMD was just trying to stall them.

2. Is the RS still on?
ANS.: The RS is still on. It is felt that the RS will be needed in order to get the listing back.

A 3RD question I had was "When will the proxies be sent out for shareholders to vote?"

I somehow missed that mute point that the SH meeting was reschudled for late January.

Thanks for the feed back

Frank

ALL:

Wondering if it's my ISP or not? I tried to email Larry Stockett at larry@ipo-network.com, and it was returned undeliverable! Would someone else confirm that they can/cannot email to him.

Thanks,
Frank
