Question is, where does the stock go? Normally, you'd expect it to tank, but, the statement was pretty obvious about the fact that management is shopping the company around and expects to complete some sort of deal in January. My guess is that the stock will dive early tomorrow and then start to creep back up as the guessing game on what the company can bring in a buyout begins.
