That should be ignored as useless

1) flows are dynamic -- by the time you get it, it is history

2) even if you could discern a trend developing it only looks at part of the flows

Sorry wrong link. There was a story that showed ownership of stocks. Mutual funds, individuals, companies, foreign and one other category -- it was kind of an eye-opener for me.
