Phil - you maybe right .. but it will probably be okay in the end. Sad thing is, there were hundreds of places my 'dead' money could have been and earned something. I really feel the management has performed badly on the internet site and this could easily have been overcome by introducing a new 'division' concerned solely with this task. Sure ... it would have cost $500,000 ... but they could have recouped it by now and had a much larger customer base. They also need to go the 'web only route'. This would help address some of their staffing problems. Sadly, I guess they will continue with their net/telephone idea, and try and to keep current customers happy whilst maintaining the 'bricks & mortar' overhead. Its a bit like Barnes & Noble vs Amazon. Next time it goes up ... I'm going to sell and wish it well. I think the management are good as far as traditional business principles are concerned, but out of touch. Good luck all Stephen
