Seems like the posters on the yahoo CDNW thread are getting impatient. It is always frustrating to see companies with weaker revenues than your company sail 50 points in one day like UBID did today. It happens and will continue to happen. I see that company getting slammed in the next day or two. I would be very surprised to see it try to catch ebay. The shorts will be out in full force tomorrow on that one.

CDNW has alot going for itself. Suffice it to say that this price is a sale price for where we will be in the years to come. Do you want large gains today and big losses the next, or do you want $10-$15 per month over the next 48 months. I think we could all stomach the latter much better than the former.

I think I have found this stock when it is way undervalued compared to most other internet-related stocks. If TWX really is going to invest, we will see fantastical gains as soon as someone credible can report on that news. Sorry adAge, we just have never heard of you.

It will be a very active 1999 as revenues soar and suitors come out to play with CDNW.

Approx. 2,227,712 orders received (Estimated) by CDNow for this quarter as of 12/26?

Sep 29: 2,119,455 (See shoppingguide.hypermart.net

Oct 1: 2,130,738 (Estimated See above URL)

Dec 21: 4,229,493 (Assigned to my own order. Already received my shipment)

Dec 26: 4,358,450 (See messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com)

With an average order size to be $27 (est.), this could be $60M+ for this quarter....

That's a potential growth of 700-800% from the same quarter last year (1997)!
