Joss, If everyone in the world owed me money they couldn't repay, and the US was backing me until I got back on my feet, I'd be calling for no recession in the USA, too. Please! If you say it loud enough, maybe you can make it be true. <G>

It's a wee bit chilly here, but I love it. The Governor is too busy trying to teach kids to read by the 3rd grade and kicking folks off welfare to worry about the weather. <G>
