"However, I'll add that the prospect of decreasing sales at Ampex AND Micronet is not too comforting, especially if we don't see profits from operations."

A very sobering statement Sal.

It seems as though Ampex has such a narrow vision on what it wants to do that they are willing to discard any products that do not fit into their strategy.

This stripping of the product lines to the bare essentials is a risky strategy and if they do not find a way to increase revenues and expand their customer base it could lead to their ultimate demise.

They have to find some way to pay for all these borrowed funds. It does not come cheaply and it will become increasingly more difficult for them to borrow any more funds if they don't turn it around soon.
