Platter: OS usually moves BEFORE crude. I think Gary is right that we will soon see a new low in OSX and the move up from that will be the beginning of a powerful bull. If you wait until crude is over $12.50 OSX will be up at least 20% from its low. And then you might be afraid to buy.
