So much for "little downside risk".

This was a 1$ stock a few short months ago. Maybe the company meeting is to to tell everyone they're getting extended Christmas holidays (like permanent).

On the other hand, "J" seems like a pretty savvy and reasonable person and dealer.

"Buyer's remorse", indeed...

>>>At the end of Q3 ( September) it appears that ASCT had only enough cash to last another 90 days or so. Either the rumor is true or we will all be in tough shape. Has anyone spoken with anybody at ASCT? <<<<

We are looking at this company for a buyout and not for a long term investment. A buyout could come at any time and should drive this up close to 10, if it happens. The downside is probably 1/2 point or so. Very attractive at this level and a good risk IMHO. This is similar to RIVL that had buyout rumors that lasted for two weeks until it finally happened and the invested made out very nicely with the stock jumping from 10 to almost 14. The same could happen to ASCT.
It's risky but at this level the risk is very minimal.
The ASCT rumors have been around for a week now. I think we'll know soon.
