Tom, I would say that the discount is a fair assessment at this time. When the proxy material starts showing up in peoples mailboxes then the price of DCI & ITEL should start to trade closer together. There is always a possibility that the deal does not close so any investor takes a chance in that respect. But on the flip side every share of ITEL is technically worth 1 share of DCI if the deal does close so you can buy DCI at a discount right now. On another note I have gotten some e-mails and phone calls from people who have not gotten their certs. They do not see that it is still worth the trouble at this point and may just let it go. They are being given various reasons like the order got misplaced or they can't get the certs from the mm's the shares were purchased from or others excuses. That is just what they are, EXCUSES! Don't let them off the hook now by not following through. For everyone who does not follow through and put pressure on your firms, those are more shares that do not have to be purchased off the open market helping to support the price or move it up. I will be looking to try and get more information tomorrow as to who and where to call in the SEC for complaints of non-delivery and various other excuses. We must all stay upon this until we are either listed, sold or your rightfully requested shares are delivered. This is not the time to drop the ball and think that your cert call does not make a difference, because it does! LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce
