I read a post here recently where someone basically said that ADOT has not earned any money. I took that to mean no sales. Was it a contingency sale, meaning that money does not actually transfer until delivery? In any event, I suppose what I mean is that when someone sees a bulletin board going up, then I'll know the ball is rolling. After all, even if money changed hands, I'm not sure the sale is a done deal until a BB is delivered and up and working. Again, I'm still learning about ADOT but my understanding is that a BB hasn't gone up yet. Still learning... Chris
