That is also why we believe in the separation of church and state,
and are governed by laws not religion. If you wish to replace
legal tests with moral equivalancy, I suggest you call, write, or run
for congress. Change the law don't do it by judicial corruption.

If it is so important that one individual lead the country at all
costs ( of either party) I suggest you also support a change to
a Monarchy or Theocracy rather than a representative Democracy.

If public opinion polls govern your legal view, than I also suggest
many of your clients would be dead ducks. The long and short of the
whole discussion is abuse of power thru the abrogation of a finite but
numerous number of laws and ethics that make this guy disgusting
to many. You may not agree, but if you and I look to the welfare
of the body politic in the future...which way do you want to error
to go? You are a lawyer, which way do you want the laws to slide?

Some times nice guys break the law and sometimes nice guys even go to
jail....not often, but sometimes.

Got to go home and kick the dog, slay a few Central Americans, and
throw my old mother out in the street. She sure pick a bad night
to be the mother of a Conservative...it is 20 below out here. Cheers.
