Your additional commentary reminded me of an anecdote that I enjoy relating. Although the draft article is already much too long, I couldn't help writing up this added bit of Buffett lore. I'm working on finishing touches. In fact, this reminds me to mention the fact that BRKa/b looks as cheap as it may ever be, going forward.

The next issue of GADR, "All Stocks, All The Time?", should go out tonight or tomorrow night.

Say what one will, Abby Joseph Cohen's prediction of a year-ago for the Dow came very close to being realized this past Friday. Her prediction for year-end 1999 is a Dow of 9850, an increase of 7.8% for the year.
