Alright, I'll break the ice. IMO, it is the result of some agreement that was suggested and reached in the Isreal marketing talks, and terms may have been specified as a negotiation along with other specifics. Possible inclusions would be for Click! to establish a local office stateside in close proximity to Pronetlink for dedicated development and support of their side of the project. This stock sale could allow Click to immediately finance their agreement without taking a hit on their (click) financial year end report. They would have, as an added incentive, the option to hold shares for future value as they may see fit, or sell immediately if unrestricted shares are owned. JMO
