lml, I have some feelers out on this story right now. I'll be happy to post what I know more at some point, but I'm starting to sense something very bizarre here... not unlike the scent of burning rope, if you catch my drift. If you search upstream a bit, you'll come across some other posts that we've made here in the past week or two on this topic. Right now, I not only don't believe anything I read, I am also becoming suspicious that something macabre is happening. Too much waffling, the delivery of their messages are too erratic, and so on. The whole thing smacks of folks trying to sell their white papers as though they were tried and true products. That goes for the carrier as well as its suppliers. Regards, Frank Coluccio
