For the records.

4.18 PM...... 50.000 shares traded at the bid.....0.26.

Any logical explanation to this trade.
Why after the market closed.

Yesterday we had two 50.000 shares traded (diuring market hours).
Where are coming from all these blocks?
ALMOST EVERY DAY.

IT'S BNEZ ISSUING NEW SHARES?

Comments are welcome.

Elio

If a non reporting company wants to issue new shares, has to report to the SEC, or fill any forms or something like that?

Or on the other hand just issue the shares, give them to a MM's and tell him to sell them.

Anybody know it?
