Always remember ,,

Average American house hold is 2 pay checks away from being a homeless...

And that there are many ,, who needs help ..

We all had our bad days,, the dark days ,,

When I came to US in 1991 ,, I bought 10 condos and built a water front house in Seattle ,, for some 1.5 mill all together ,, Just the time real estate was going down ,, my condos ,, 10 of them ,, 2 were empty ,, 3 were dead beats ,, that bounced checks on me ,, 5 at 600 per month rent didn't pay for my property taxes ,,

Drove up to a Texaco station in a Mercedes and gold Rolex ,, asked for a job as a gas pump man ,, a kid with greasy hair and pimples ,, laughes his ass off ,, and his manager ,, a fat white lady ,, wouldn't give me job ,, looking at me suspiciously ,, all
I wanted was 5 dollars an hour ,, to pay for groceries ,, for I had no cash ,, it was all paid for real estate ,,

Finally sold all at 30% loss and came to New York ,,

Such is the fortunes of life ..
