GOOD EVENING YOUNG LADY
Even though the courts are holding all of Juricks shares
in lieu of settlement, Jurick has controlling interest, and will stay in control at this point.
There are not enough shares left for any other scenario.
As far as the buying back of shares, there are at least
two reasons I can think of at the moment. One is to have
less shares outstanding,so as to increase the bottom line
when earnings are reported, and the other is to store them
in the company treasury for future sale or any other situation
that the value of them can be used for..
A buyout would involve all of Juricks shares and the shares
of all shareholders.Simply put------All shares of company.
That message from De Witt Financial seems bogus.I asked
the poster for a link,a web site,or a copy of the news alert, and
so far,no response.
