Shtirlitz: That Compaq post is about a year old and things can change very fast in the market. Then I was a longterm buyer & hoper, now I am a daytrader. I actually made money on CPU buying at 13 3/4, then selling at 14+ atleast 3 times, but now I would not even consider daytrading it. I also got in at 7 and sold at 35 a few years back. I want movement in price either up or down & the stocks you listed are just my cup of tea. I do have one stock I hold longterm, MSFT, a no lose situation. It is a very forgiving stock if one's timing is off when buying it.
