Dog,

I said that wrong so once again :. (I hate accounting):

Cost of Sales 75.1%
Gross Margin 23.1%

Total Costs BT 98.2%

Income before Taxes 1.8%

CPQ must increase that 1.8% to about 8.3% in order to make
the consensus earning numbers.

It is extremely difficult to accomplish that in a single quarter.
This is my point.

I am ready to be educated by anyone who has a clue as to how this can be accomplished. I submit you can not show this kind of cost reduction in a single quarter.

Regards,

Jim Kelley
