Historically speaking you are correct. However, CSCO is now being discovered as an Internet play [#1 in e-commerce], and its valuation is being escalated to levels more appropriate to Internet stocks. CSCO remains relatively cheap relative to its new peers -- the AMZN, EBAY, UBID, et al. What a deal CSCO is!
